By commissioning me, you automatically agree that you have read and will adhere to all terms described herein, as well as any additional terms listed on specific commission pages. If you are not willing to agree to these conditions, you may not request a commission.

You agree to the policy of using the commission for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and to provide all necessary credits to me.

Commissions are not allowed to be used for AI purposes and/or NFT usage.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Full credit must always be given for my work. You may never claim my work as your own. You must always credit me as リリサ or sproutseason and link my youtube and/or twitter, preferably both.

Commissions may not be used for redistribution or external projects, both commercial or non-commercial (keychains, stickers, standees, shirts, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

Commissions must be requested through twitter DMs (@sproutseasons). Please be clear about what type of commission you are looking for and what you will be using the commission for.

I work on a first come first serve basis, beginning when a commission is paid for. The only exceptions are rush commissions.

Estimated turnarounds are not final, and commissions may be completed earlier or later than the stated time. I must be informed of all deadlines before payment, otherwise I cannot guarantee that I can fulfill your commission within the requested time frame.

Commission revisions can be requested after completion within reason. Any revisions requiring excessive work will cost an additional fee at my discretion. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the final product if no feedback was given to amend it.

I am allowed to use your commission for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied by the commissioner before payment.

Any harassment in regards to commissions will not be tolerated. This includes any form of communication (replies, DMs, comments). I reserve the right to place anyone on my blacklist over harassment.

All payments are made in USD through Paypal invoice. Other currencies and payment platforms are not accepted. Do not send any kind of payment other than through Paypal invoices sent by me.

Payment is preferably fully paid upfront, though payment plans for commissions over $100 can be discussed. Please note that payment plans may delay the estimated completion time for your commission.

Once a commission has been started I will not provide full refunds. If the commissioner cancels the commission only 50% of the fee will be returned. If I terminate a commission a full refund will be issued.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

I accept rush commissions for an additional fee. Please note that if I'm unable to meet your deadline I will decline your commission.

All commissions are for personal use only by default. For commercial purposes there is a 100% additional fee. The following are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork (publicly or privately), cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my work, (ex: Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, Spotify, Bandamp, business cards, etc). If you are not profiting from usage of my work, then it is not considered commercial usage.

Returning commissioners (2+ times) get 5-10% off all commissions. Discounts are rounded to the nearest dollar.
